Sometimes the bravest thing is to try something new. September always feels like a good time to try something new...how about trying church tomorrow?

Summer holidays are almost over. We hope that you have had plenty of rest. It may feel tempting to have a lazy morning at home ...but we would love to see you! When we gather as a community for church at 10 we offload burdens and decompress, we receive the gift of love and life and feel energised for the week. Why not give it a try?

At the beginning of August many people came to St Francis Church for 'Holiday at Home' and people loved the quizzes, the crafts, the live entertainment and especially the chance to make new friends and have fun. The team that worked so hard to put the 3 day event together are taking some time off during August. There is some good news! From Monday September 7th each week there is a great afternoon of activities for the over 60's to enjoy.
