We're so excited to finally share the details — our first ever clothing swap is happening, and it's opening 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 as part of the Official Doncaster Hub.

𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲
Saturday 26 September, 10am–1pm
Doncaster Unitarian & Free Christian Church, 60 Hall Gate, DN1 3PB
Free. Everyone welcome. No booking needed.

Bring what you don't wear. Leave with something you'll love. Swap a jumper for a jacket, a shirt for a skirt. No money changes hands — just good clothes finding new people instead of landfill.

How it works: bring clean, wearable clothes, bags or accessories. Everyone gets five swap tickets on arrival, plus one extra ticket per item you bring in, up to ten. One ticket, one item. Nothing to bring? Come anyway — you'll still get your five and go home with something.

Drop your items in from 9.30am so the rails are full when browsing starts at 10.

Denim upcycling with Sewn by Sadie Bee
A mending and sewing table with Alison Greer of The Love & Stitches Studio, where you can learn simple repairs that keep clothes going for years
And we'll introduce you to Closet Remix, a free app built here in Doncaster that helps you build outfits from what's already in your wardrobe - www.closetremix.co.uk

Nothing goes to waste. Anything unswapped is sorted and passed to local charities including Phoenix and The Clothing Bank. Items beyond wear go for textile recycling.
