Post on behalf of the Comms Crew at East Harling & Kenninghall Medical Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG):

The practice looks after around 8,600 patients across a wide catchment area, and they want to make sure they are hearing from people of different ages, communities and life experiences, including those who may not necessarily see information online or on social media.

They have recently produced their first Your Voice Matters patient newsletter and launched their first PPG-led Patient Survey.

Newsletters will be available in churches and community buildings along with paper copies of the survey.

They would also love to hear from anyone interested in joining the PPG. They want voices from across the whole Practice area and from different age groups. The PPG isn’t a complaints forum or somewhere for individual medical concerns — it’s about the bigger picture, sharing patient views and working alongside the Practice on things that matter to their communities.

Paul Jordan is back at Shelfanger Village Hall to give another fascinating talk about his career as an Anti-Terrorist Officer.
In this talk Paul opens up with ‘’Operation Cherry’’, which is the investigation into a Syrian government attempt to down an El Al airliner departing from London Heathrow airport. This predates the Lockerbie atrocity. The second half is all about Pauls Life in Specialist and Covert Operations.
