We’re back!

As we head into September, we’re excited to see our regular activities getting back into full swing after the summer holidays! 💛

From Tots & Tinies Playgroup and Powerhouse, to Bible Study, Coffee Morning and our Sunday services, there are plenty of opportunities to connect, grow and spend time together as a church family.

Each week, we choose a verse from the Bible for our church family to find and read together.

What started as a simple way of encouraging our children to open their Bibles and discover God’s Word has become something really special, bringing generations together as we help one another find the verse, read it and reflect on what it means. 🤍

This week’s verse was 1 Thessalonians 5:18 — “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

And as a church family, we continue to pray for everyone affected by the tragedy at Big Church Festival. May we remember them in our prayers, alongside all those who are hurting at this time. 🙏

School Holiday Special! 🎨🧁📚

Tomorrow, Tots & Tinies Playgroup is getting a little bit bigger! 💛

Join us for Tots, Tinies & Talls! A special morning where the whole family is invited to come along for some fun together.

There’ll be arts & crafts, toys, baking, story time, songs and plenty of opportunity to play, make and have fun! 🥰

🌿☀️ Church Picnic at Cannon Hall Farm! 🐑🍦

After our service this morning, we headed over to Cannon Hall Farm for a lovely afternoon together as a church family! 💚

There were plenty of conversations, lots of laughter, games, time to explore, and of course… ice cream! 🍦

It was so lovely to spend time together outside of church, making memories and enjoying fellowship as a church family. 🤍

A wonderful Sunday spent worshipping together, enjoying one another’s company and making memories! ✨

We are 2 days into our week at Yorkshire Christian Camp!

We’ve had lots of fun with Scatter ball, Tug of war, Crazy Catch, hockey and football!

Lots of points have been scored for their teams from the Mount Tabor boys and girls! (And the adults too)

Our powerhouse Hope also won the first YCC Cap on the first night too!

We are looking forward to seeing what this evening message brings! 📖 ✝️

Today was our church family BBQ, thank you to those who contributed to the food, drinks and dessert.

Thank you to those who served and helped set up and clean down.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made it a great afternoon.

Thank you to God for blessing us with delicious food, lovely sunshine ☀️ and a wonderful church family ✝️

Even in our children’s story, we love making sure our adults are involved too! 💛

Today, the children learnt about the man whose friends carried him on a mat to the house where Jesus was. Because they couldn’t get through the crowd, they lowered him through the roof so he could be close to Jesus. ✝️

Friendship is built on love and faith, and sometimes it means carrying our friends through their hardest moments when they can’t carry themselves. ❤️

Continue to pray for our friends, encourage them, support them, and bring them to Jesus, trusting that He can transform their lives. 🙏✨
