We are a reformed and evangelical church, believing that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. We are an independent, local Baptist church and adhere to the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith in practice and belief and teach the doctrines of sovereign grace, most often summarised as the ’Five Points of Calvinism’. We believe that the Bible teaches that God must be w

orshipped in spirit and truth and as such, we believe that ‘traditional worship’ is in line with that taught by the Bible and must be glorious and reverent, such that our minds are lifted up in thanksgiving, repentance, dedication, intercession and the hearing of God’s Word. We use the King James Version of the Bible in our services of worship along with reverent praise from the Christian Hymns hymnbook.
