On this Palm Sunday we celebrated with Major Michael Barwise as he starts his retirement. During the meeting he shared with us his testimony and some memories. We wish his every blessing as he starts this new chapter of his life and service of God.

Our Divisional Youth Sections are taking a trip to the seaside, to the corp at Clacton-On-Sea at the end of March!

We will be joining in an Open Air CConcert on the Pier on Saturday, and leading the morning worship meeting on Sunday.

If you happen to be in the area, it would be lovely for you to come and support them, and Worship alongside us!

This week we recognised our young people, who did a great job running the meeting as we celebrated 2025 memories and achievements and prayed for what is to come in 2026.

Our prayer for them:

Dear God, guide and protect us from the anxieties and distractions that are ever present in the world today.
Be with us as we experience life's challenges. Show us Your Presence when we encounter both sickness and healing, loneliness and friendship, failure and success, sorrow and joy.
Gracious God, give us the courage and strength to make decisions guided by Your Light as we journey through life.
Through the power of the life-giving Spirit may we come to know your love. Amen
