Bah Humbug!

Ebenezer Scrooge is the meanest, cruellest, stingiest man in London. As everyone around him is caught up with the usual festivities of sharing good cheer, Scrooge will spend his Christmas counting his piles of money until it’s all blown over. He won’t join any parties, he won’t be singing carols, and he certainly won’t give his ‘hard done by’ clerk; Bob Cratchit, the day off.

But this year, four mysterious visitors have other ideas. Confronting Scrooge with his own story, will these other-worldly guests melt his icy heart? Is there room in his life for community and generosity? Or is it too late for Ebenezer Scrooge to ever change?

Join Saltmine Theatre Company’s rediscovery of Charles Dickens’ classic tale; a festive, supernatural spectacular which appeals to us to “honour Christmas in our hearts and keep it all the year round”.
