IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE – PLEASE READ
We have experienced an unprecedented number of calls through our phoneline this week, and as a result, unfortunately not everyone has been able to be dealt with on the same day they have called.
We know that asking for support can be difficult, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works through the increased demand.

Our online referral form is available 24 hours a day and, during particularly busy periods, can be a quicker way to request support. Our website explains the process and what happens after you submit your referral.
📞 Our phoneline remains available for those who need to speak to us directly, but please be aware that during exceptionally busy periods there may be a delay in responding.
Finally, we would like to kindly remind everyone that our phoneline volunteers are there to help you. They are giving their time to support people in our community and are doing their very best in extremely challenging circumstances.
Please treat them with the same kindness and respect that you would expect to receive.
Abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour towards our staff or volunteers will not be accepted.
