As we enter 2023 I was thinking about us ‘choosing’ how we enter.
Are we entering as it says in psalm 100, with joy & gladness, looking back over 2022 with thankfulness & looking forward to 2023 with excitement, anticipation & expectation of great things ahead for us personally, for our families & for us as a church family?

As we enter Hope on Sundays, are we entering to learn, to worship, to draw closer to God, to leave different?

New Year is a time when some people (not me) make resolutions, the usual ones, loose weight, eat better, cut out things, they are often negative but I was listening to a friend on New Year’s Day propose not to cut out but to add, I thought that was such a great idea, rather than loosing things to try to improve ourselves, our circumstances or our health why not add!

a walk at lunch time,
a bible verse every morning,
a bible plan to follow,
add a worship playlist to your commute to work,
And, some more lettuce in our sandwich! 😂

So as we enter 2023 let’s do it with purpose, keep our heads up, our eyes on Jesus, let’s enter well, with thanksgiving & praise, believing the best is yet to come!

Hey can you believe it’s the 6th of January already!
We are back to work and everything is kicking back into action

I hope you all have had a good Christmas and New Year and are excited to see what God has for each one of us in 2023 …

And this weekend as returns to we will be sharing 3 Principles for leading an enriched life, that will get your year of to the right start.

Doors open for teas, coffees and croissants at 10:30am and our service starts at 11 😊

There is no church service on the 1st but we are open from 10:30am - 12noon
