Meet Dione 🤍

Dione is a young woman who has struggled with imposter syndrome too. Through our Managing the Mind sessions, she’s been learning the importance of uprooting negative thoughts and replacing them with the Word of God. She’s also discovered how powerful an atmosphere of praise and consistently filling your mind with God’s truth can be in silencing those thoughts.

One thing these sessions continue to remind us is that the battle often starts in the mind.💭💭

Meet Dee! ✨

Here are a few tips Dee wanted to share. These are things she’s learned and is still putting into practice as she builds her confidence:

1. Stop comparing yourself to others ❌
Comparison can make you feel like you’re behind or stop you from recognising the blessings right in front of you. You’re doing more than you think. Everyone’s journey is different, just focus on yours.

2. Speak positively about yourself 🤍
Building confidence starts with how you see and speak about yourself. Choose to speak life over yourself, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

3. Do things you’re afraid of ⏳🏃‍♀️
It’s easy to get comfortable, but growth happens when you challenge yourself. You might surprise yourself with what you’re capable of. Stepping out of your comfort zone will only strengthen your confidence.
