🌙✨ Moonlight & Memories returns for 2026! ✨🌙

Join us for an evening of light, remembrance and community as we walk in memory of those we’ve loved and lost and celebrate 40 years of St Teresa's Hospice.

Our Mini Moonlight & Memories walk for children aged 2-10 years old is also back this year - join us for a magical evening walk, complete with a treasure hunt and a goodie bag!
