Sunny ☀️ and blue ☀️ sky on this crisp autumn 🍂 morning 🌅! We were truly blessed this morning as we were reminded of the wonderful work of Jesus at the cross as we continued in the series ‘Back to Calvary’. Truly Jesus took our sin and shame when he died for us!

2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV) - God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV) - "God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."

This morning Peter Hall reminded us of the beauty and simplicity of the gospel as we continued in the series ‘Back to Calvary’. Thank you Jesus for taking our sin and for giving us your righteousness at the cross!

Sunday morning with FGC! Thank you to Pastor Ron Edwards for sharing with us in the series ‘Back to Calvary’

Pastor Ron Edwards: “The purpose of a Christian is to bring heaven to earth 🌍 and as that happens Calvary is manifest wherever the gospel is preached”.

The Revival 2026 took place yesterday in Glasgow! It was a major Christian gathering dedicated to worship, prayer, and unity across churches in Scotland.

Verse for today - Luke 23:34 (ANIV). Remember how Jesus prayed when he was on the cross? He prayed for those who were sinning against him. Let’s not hold onto bitterness, rather let’s be people who forgive wholeheartedly.

Verse for the day - Luke 23:42 (ANIV). Remember the thief on the cross who repented before it was too late? Truly, there is hope for all.

Blessed family service with FGC! This morning we looked at the thief on the cross who turned to Jesus just before he died and was granted pardon and eternal life.

Thank you to Stephen and Jeanie for sharing with the children. There were four words that we looked at this morning 🌅 - forgiveness, faith, fear and friendship. Truly, we serve a gracious God!

Luke 23:42-43 (NIV) - Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”

Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

Thank you to Pastor Rodolfo from Mexico for sharing with us again this evening during his last day in Scotland. We were truly blessed by his life and his ministry! It is such a blessing to be able to receive from men and women of God from different parts of the world!

Sunday morning 🌅 with FGC! Today’s message was called ‘Crucified’. Once again we were looking at Calvary and we listened to the message about the importance of taking up our cross rather than simply looking for the benefits of the cross. May we never forget that as Christians we are called to live self sacrificial lives, obeying each day our Father in heaven.

2 Corinthians 5:15 (NIV) - And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

We were so blessed to have Pastor Rodolfo from Mexico 🇲🇽 this morning 🌅 sharing 📖 with us. The title of the message was ‘The Tree and the Sword’.
