Today was a very special day for our Church and especially our organist Rachel Carr.

We attended Exeter Cathedral this afternoon where Bishop Mike presented Rachel with the Prestigious Companion of St Boniface award for the outstanding contribution she has made to the Church with music.

Easter flowers have arrived for one of our wonderful lady flower arrangers who will be very busy later tomorrow and on Saturday decorating the Church for Easter. Do join us for our Easter services.
Thursday 2nd . 7pm Maunday Thursday Eucharist.
Friday 3rd . 2pm Hour before the Cross, Readings, silent prayer and meditation.
Sunday 5th . 10.30am Easter Sunday Holy Communion.

It was wonderful to welcome Kentisbeare C of E Primary School to Church this afternoon

✝️This afternoon, our Year 4 and 5 pupils visited St Mary’s Church to take part in ‘Experience Easter’, led by church volunteers.

🛐Through interactive activities, the children explored the key events of Holy Week. They shared bread and even experienced foot washing, helping bring the Easter story to life.

💜Thank you to the wonderful volunteers at St Mary’s for welcoming us and providing such a meaningful experience.
