Life gets busy, routines change, and getting back into the habit of church can feel intimidating—especially if you’ve been away for a long time.

​Just a gentle reminder: there are no awkward questions here, and you don’t need to have everything sorted out to walk through the door.

​Join us this Sunday morning at 11am as our church family gathers at Loanends Presbyterian Church for our Vision Service (joining together from Killead and Loanends).

​Friendly faces will be right at the door to welcome you and help you find a seat.

“Apart from me you can do nothing."

It is easy to agree with Jesus’ words in theory, but much harder to live them out as a church family.

That is why we are beginning our new church year together in prayer:
Wednesday & Thursday (8:00–9:00pm) | Killead Church Hall
Hearing short updates from our organisations and praying together for the year ahead.
Saturday
A day set aside for personal prayer across our congregation for each organisation and ministry.

Please join us for as much of the week as you can. Everyone is very welcome.

As the summer holidays draw to a close and families get back to routine, our church families across Killead and Loanends are gathering to mark the new season.

Tomorrow morning at 11:00 am, we are hosting a special 'Back to School' service at Killead Presbyterian Church.

Whether you are sending a little one off for their first day, returning to the classroom to teach, or supporting children as a parent or grandparent, we want to uphold you in prayer as a church family.

During the service, we will speak with a local Christian teacher to hear about their daily work, and we will take time to pray specifically for pupils, parents, and all school staff across our parish bounds.

Please stay afterwards for a cup of tea and a chance to catch up before the autumn routine truly begins.

Everyone is very warmly welcome.

Just a wee invitation to our special ‘Back to School’ service. We value those involved in teaching and want to be an encouragement and support with the new term coming up.

If you know any local teachers who may be interested it would be lovely to have them join us.

As our Holiday Bible Club comes to a close, we are gathering together this Sunday to celebrate a fantastic week of fun, friendship, and learning.

This is a service for everyone—whether your children attended every day, popped in for one morning, or couldn't make it to the club at all. Every family across our community is warmly invited to join us. We look forward to welcoming you!

Another brilliant day at our Holiday Bible Club, with even more children joining us than yesterday!

​Our key word for today was Trust.

​We learnt how we can trust God to deliver us from our sin and to help us, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord.

​We look forward to seeing everyone back again tomorrow!
