🎶 Popchoir at St Mildred’s 🎶

We’re thrilled to be part of this year’s Food and Music Festival after 16 wonderful years of rehearsing at St Mildred’s on Monday evenings.

Founded in 2009 by professional singer Helen Hampton, Popchoir brings together non-audition adult singers across multiple locations to perform feel-good pop classics—from ABBA to Adele, Prince to Bruno Mars, and everything in between!

We’ve had the joy of performing at iconic venues and events including Central Hall Westminster, Comic Relief, Sport Relief, the Regent Street Lights switch-on, and Trafalgar Square at Christmas. We’ve also appeared on TV and even performed alongside artists like Barry Manilow and Josh Groban.

At the heart of it all is our “triple win”: performing together, sharing joy with audiences, and raising thousands for charity every year.

We can’t wait to bring our Popchoir energy and feel-good songs to the festival—see you there!

🎶🍔 Food & Music Festival – We Can't Wait to See You! ☀️🎵

The weather forecast is looking fantastic, and we're set for a lovely sunny afternoon of great music, delicious food, and family-friendly fun!

Attached are the approximate performance timings for the day, so you can plan which acts you'd like to see. Several of our performances will be taking place outdoors in our beautiful gardens, so don't forget to bring a picnic blanket, sun hats, and plenty of sun cream to make the most of the sunshine.
And come hungry! Our fantastic food stalls will be serving a wide range of treats, including:

Burgers
Curry
Bhajis
Sri Lankan food
Cheese, pickles and jams
Chocolate
Sweeties
Cakes and Bakes

There will also be delicious cream teas and cakes served in the Small Hall by our Community Gardeners and ANCA - Addiscombe Neighbourhood Care

Please note that while most stallholders will accept card payments, some are cash only, so we recommend bringing both cash and card with you.

We look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful afternoon of music, food, and sunshine!
