🌟 Family Service – This Sunday 🌟

Just a reminder that our Family Service takes place this Sunday at 10.30am at St John’s Church.

Fr Andrew will be leading the service, with activities for children and a talk designed to engage all ages. Whether you’re a regular visitor or joining us for the first time, everyone is very welcome.

🕊️ Corpus Christi 🕊️

Join us tonight at 7.00pm as we celebrate Corpus Christi, the Day of Thanksgiving for Holy Communion.

This feast day invites us to give thanks for the gift of the Eucharist and to reflect on Jesus’ words at the Last Supper as he shared bread and wine with his disciples.

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live for ever.” — John 6:51

Following the service, everyone is warmly invited to enjoy wine and cheese together at the Vicarage. 🍷🧀

🎶 An Evening of Baroque Music at St John’s

Following a successful debut concert in Rotherfield, Wealden Baroque are coming to St John’s Church, Crowborough on Saturday 27th June at 7.00pm.

Founded by soprano Alessandra Testai, mezzo soprano Rhona Condon, lutenist Robin Jeffrey and keyboard player Christopher Harris, the group brings together professional musicians with a passion for the beauty and richness of Baroque music.

Enjoy an evening featuring works by composers including Monteverdi and Purcell, performed in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

🍷 Wine and refreshments will be available afterwards, with a chance to meet the performers and learn more about the music and instruments.

There’s plenty to get stuck into:

🍂 Raking
🌳 Tree cutting
🧹 Sweeping
🌿 General garden tidying

☕ Refreshments will be provided.
🧤 Please bring gloves and any tools you have — every pair of hands helps!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All ages welcome.

Drop in for as little or as long as you can — it’s a great way to enjoy some fresh air, meet others, and help keep our grounds looking their best.
