A busy day in Crosby United Reformed Church yesterday 29th June.

The URC Mersey Band, Cafe Jam, held an event in one part of the site, to worship God and give thanks for the work of Rita Griffiths who is retiring from her role as Synod Clerk. A good occasion with nearly 100 folk present. A big thank you to all involved.

As preparations for that event were beginning our friends StoryHouse Church were 'moving in' to the sanctuary in preparation for our United Service on Sunday 6th. Doors are open at 10am and the service begins at 10.30am.

This is an exciting time for all involved so why not join us and see how fun and inspiring worshipping God can be.

In order to facilitate working with StoryHouse Crosby to maintain and build the Christian faith in our small corner of the world our Sunday worship will now begin at 10am from 1st June, 2025.

Minister makes a return to Blundellsands and Crosby

Revd Keith Hulse was first inducted as a URC Minister 28 years ago and is now leading Blundellsands & Crosby URC in ministry, with one of his first events raising £1,000 for the Church’s Community Garden.

On Saturday 8th February a Garden Fayre was held at Blundellsands & Crosby URC in conjunction with Bluebell Stalls (https://www.bluebellstalls.com/) in order to raise funds for the Bluebell Community Garden at the Church.

As the event was going on a local artist, Jay Wheeler (LOVEartGlobal) was painting one of the walls of the garden.

A big thank you to all involved.
