Crofton by the Sea is coming!

Join us in the Crofton Church yard as we squeeze the last bit of fun out of summer!

There’ll be sand, sea — well, sort of! — games, a bouncy castle, treats and plenty of family fun. Fingers crossed for sunshine!

Everyone is welcome, so bring the family and come along for a brilliant morning.

Can You Donate a Raffle Prize?

We’re preparing for our annual Harvest Supper and would be very grateful for your support!

We would welcome donations such as:

Chocolates and sweet treats
Bottles of wine or fizz
Hampers
Gift vouchers, tickets or experiences
Pamper gifts
Handmade items and crafts

Money raised at the Harvest Supper will be shared between Crofton Church, supporting local community initiatives, and Wakefield Baptist Church, helping its outreach work with people experiencing homelessness.

If you can donate a prize, please bring it to church, send us a message or email [email protected].

Local businesses are also very welcome to contribute and we’ll be delighted to thank and promote you.

Wow! What a fantastic Messy Church we had today!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, as well as lots of new ones joining us for the first time.

A special thank you also goes to all of our amazing volunteers, especially our teenage volunteers from God Squad, who are working towards their Duke of Edinburgh's Award.

The next Messy Church will be on Saturday 26th September. Hope to see you all there.

Messy Church is this Saturday!

Join us for a fantastic morning as we discover how God helped Daniel and his friends find courage in difficult times.

Whether you're feeling nervous about starting a new school in September, beginning your SATs or GCSE year, trying something new, or simply facing a challenge, Daniel's story reminds us that God is always with us and gives us strength when we need it most.

Come along for a morning of:

Friendship

A New Addition to Our Churchyard!

We're delighted to share our new Community Herb Garden! The herb garden has been created for everyone to enjoy. Please feel free to pick a few herbs to take home for your cooking, teas or baking whenever you need them.

We'd also love for it to grow with the community, so if you have any spare herb plants or seeds, you're very welcome to plant them and help the garden flourish for everyone.

Please help us look after it so everyone can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to yesterday's Strawberry Fair. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces alongside lots of new ones, all enjoying the afternoon together.

Thank you to everyone who helped organise, bake, serve, set up and clear away – we couldn't do it without our amazing volunteers.

We hope everyone had a wonderful time, and we look forward to seeing you at our next event: Crofton By The Sea on 5th September.
