O God,
give us words today
to pray for peace
in this world as it is,
where drones fly
and bullets kill,
where children cry
and parents weep,
when leaders speak hate
and turn from unity.

Give us grace,
determination,
and persistence,
to build peace
step by step,
handshake by handshake;
locally, nationally, globally.

We pray, full-hearted
and with all our strength,
for united nations,
days of peace,
shared silence
and a true sense
of the common good.
Let firing cease
and negotiations flourish.
Let unity be the goal
of all the nations
and all the peoples,
for you love us all,
every one.

Amen.

Coming to you soon, based on the emergency briefing given to Westminster. Everyone welcome to come and find out how climate is affecting us now, what might happen in the future and the good news about what we can do about it (and maybe save money too).
