We’re very excited to welcome you all back to our newly refurbished charity shop and community cafe tomorrow from 11am.

There has been lots happening behind the scenes over the past few months that we can’t wait to share with you all. None of it would have been possible without our amazing volunteers and contractors though.

If you are planning on joining us tomorrow please take care as the paths around the town centre may still be slippy.

See you soon!

Well we have just delivered the final emergency parcel for 2025, our appeal was started 50 years ago by my mum and a few others and started by supporting a small amount of people, growing over the years to what we have today.
We end the appeal this year by supporting 2655 vulnerable children and adults in our community which is staggering.

As this is my last post for this year I want to end by thanking all of the volunteers that have helped with filling the sacks of toys and food bags, those lovely people who helped beforehand raising money throughout the year, the week before setting out all of the toys and food ready for the packers, and those that have helped me complete the emergency parcels. It was lovely and extremely helpful to have so many more colleagues of mine helping to fill sacks this year!
A special thanks to Lisa who has been a star in so many ways but over recent days handing out the parcels when I returned to work.
To my lovely family as always who have helped, before, during and afterwards, with so many tasks very often following a day at work.
I feel completely shattered now but my hope is that all of those children and adults who will open something on Christmas morning will know that each gift has been put together and given with love, which is what Christmas is all about.
So thank you all and I wish you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas xx

Today I would like to say a huge thank you to the many wonderful donations of toys, gifts, Christmas food and money from the public and friends of the Christmas Appeal.
Your generosity astounds me every year and without you we would not be able to put such lovely things into the sacks and food hampers. Thank you so much ❤️

I would also like to give a big shout out to Lee Allen, Judy and the volunteers from Haslington along with the delivery guys that collect tins on our behalf for our food hampers. Of course massive thanks goes to the people of Haslington that kindly donate their tins!! You have supported us for so many years now for which we are incredibly grateful. ❤️

Today I would like to thank the many organisations and businesses that have supported us again this year!!
A very special shout out to Crewe & Nantwich Roundtable again for their incredible generosity with a monetary donation for both the Christmas Appeal and our Food bank that supports people weekly. Your support has made a difference for so many people this Christmas but also families throughout the coming year ❤️

We have some wonderful donations of toys from the customers of both Tesco and Asda stores in Crewe, thank you so much and for Tesco and Asda for organising the opportunity for customers to donate. ❤️

Mrs Darlington once again donated some beautiful jars of lovely things!!!! to go into our food hampers that families received, again your continued support is very much appreciated and enjoyed by many!! ❤️

This year GXO have offered their support, coordinated by Paul who has supported other Christmas Appeals over previous years in other areas, but as he is now located in Crewe wanted to support locally, thank you so much Paul and everyone at GXO ❤️

To all the organisations and businesses not all mentioned above thank you so much you are all stars!! ⭐️

On the fourth Sunday in Advent we would like to say a huge thank you to all the Churches in our community that continue to support our Christmas Appeal, without your support over the last 50 years we would not have been able to do what we have and continue to do. Thank you all so much xx❤️

Another huge thank you goes to all the schools that have collected and brought wonderful toys and gifts to pass on to other children who need them at this time.
It is a joy to see community helping community! Thank you so much. 🎁❤️

Today I would like to say a huge thank you to Dunelm Crewe and their very generous customers who have given hundreds of beautiful gift bags full of toys, gifts and clothes to support us in our Christmas Appeal 2025.
There are currently sacks full of these beautiful gifts on their way to 1000’s of the most vulnerable children in our community. A special mention to Jess who has coordinated this wonderful effort for Dunelm.
You have all brought such ‘Joy’ to so many this Christmas time! Xx❤️

What a busy time we have had!! The last of our main bulk of parcels have left us this morning and are now on their way to Father Christmas ready for some very special children to have on Christmas morning.
The effort has been outstanding by so many amazing people that I am so grateful for. At this point we have supported 2500 vulnerable children and adults. I will thank all of the fabulous groups and organisations and volunteers that have supported us closer to Christmas when I give our final update of numbers etc.
The emergency list is growing rapidly now so another few busy days ahead. So grateful ❤️
