We enjoy a social atmosphere & thanks to volunteers from the Mothers Union time to relax with a cuppa! Boniface Centre Babies and Toddlers Group is run by Angy Cargil and supported by Crediton Parish Church. The session offers families the chance to bring their children to play and socialize whilst they do the same! The group runs every Thursday from 2 – 3.30pm during term time and welcome any par
ent or carer with children from birth to 4 years. The session has a very informal approach and families are free to come and go throughout the session. Fun is what it is all about. We run a traditional style toddler group which is child focused and child-led whilst also being supportive to the parents and carers who attend. The session usually begins with singing, dancing and instruments chosen by the children; so whether it's marching to the beat of the drum singing Grand Ol' Duke or bouncing up and down on a tractor, children choose and enjoy this opportunity for creative development. With a range of toys and equipment provided their is always plenty for your little ones to do, whatever age they are. Whether it's car racing in the long hall or emerging artists enjoying the creative table children are enabled to enjoy doing what they enjoy! The opportunity to chat to others over refreshments is always there, with snack and drink provided for both adults and children. Thanks to volunteers from the Mothers Union its a chance to meet up with your friends (or make new ones) knowing that your children are entertained and safe and with someone else to make the tea for a change! So, if you want some company, entertainment for the kids, somewhere for those British weather afternoons or if you just want to relax, we’d love to see you. Please do come along, you’ll be sure of a friendly welcome! More information from Angy Cargill via the parish office
