DUMO Spring Celebration – Saturday18 April – 4.00pm

On Saturday we look forward to hosting the Devon United Missionary Offering - Spring Celebration at 4.00 pm. The event will include updates from Graham Kimber on the work of Trans World Radio and Stephen Ellacott on the work of Counties in Devon, along with the story of how the work of DUMO began here in Bow. Everyone most welcome to join with us, and refreshments will be served after the meeting.

Aid donations for Ukraine and Moldova

We have another of our regular donation days for Aid to Ukraine and Moldova on Monday 2 February from 10.00 to 12 noon. The need is still great for good quality Bedding, Children's and Adult's clothing, Medical supplies (painkillers, dressings etc.), Toys, Non perishable food items (Rice, Tins Tea, Coffee etc.) We thank you for your generosity in the past, but if you can still donate something - large or small! - it will be much appreciated.

Sunday 30 November – Gospel Service at 6.30 pm

On Sunday evening we have visit from David Symons from Bideford. Some of you will have met David previously when he has been going around Bow delivering the "Life" magazine. We give you a warm welcome to come along at 6.30pm and hear a message that is relevant for the times we are living in just now - Jesus can give us hope for the future! Tea and biscuits after, and we look foward to welcoming you.

On Sunday evening 16th November at 6.30 pm we will have Alex Symons as our speaker. Alex and team have been going around the village giving out copies of the "Life" magazine for a few years now, so many of you may have spoken with him. We give you a warm welcome to join with us and hear more from Alex on the great message of God's love to us through Jesus Christ. Stay for a cup of tea and a chat after!

On Friday evening 31 October at 7.30 pm we have a visit from "Answers in Genesis" an organisation that shares Creation issues from the Bible. Their talk is titled "Humans: Brilliant from the Beginning!" - making reference to the Egyptian Pyramids, Stonehenge and the Antikythera Mechanism. Gavin Cox is the speaker. The talk is suitable for all ages, and we give you a warm welcome to join with us for what will be a very interesting evening.

We invite you to join us for AFTERNOON TEA/COFFEE and CAKE (FREE!) on Saturday 12 July from 2.30pm to 4.30 pm There will be CAKE and CRAFTS (cards, gifts and more) for sale, with all proceeds going to the Ukraine. We will have a children's colouring corner and Diamond Painting demonstrations - come along and have a go! Donations of aid items - clothing, bedding etc. welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
