LVD Church UK We are a Chagossian/Mauritian church which is opened to all nationality. Everybody is welcomed! We speak English, Creole and French.

We meet three days a week in the St Leonards Church Hall. EVERY SUNDAY@ 10:00 AM- Praise and Worship and preaching of the word of God. EVERY TUESDAY@ 10:00 AM- Sister's Meeting( specially for the Ladies)

EVERY THURSDAY@ 6:30- 8.00PM- Prayer's Meeting(Everyone Welcome)

🌸 Celebration of the Life of Our Sister in Christ, Kamla Sornum 🌸

It is with sadness, yet with the hope we have in Christ, that we share the passing of our dear sister in Christ, Kamla Sornum, who entered into the presence of the Lord on 12 August 2026. Please continue to keep her husband, family, and loved ones in your prayers during this time. 1

Family, friends, and members of the church are warmly invited to attend the funeral service and celebration of her life:

📍 Randalls Park Crematorium, Leatherhead
🕙 10:15am on Tuesday 1 September 2026 1

Followed by a:

🌸 Celebration of Life
📍 Tithe Hall, Burford Bridge Hotel, Box Hill, RH5 6BX
🕐 1:00pm - 7:00pm (guests may arrive from 12:30pm)

In keeping with Kamla's warm and joyful spirit, guests are encouraged to wear colourful summer clothing rather than black.

Let us come together in fellowship to remember and celebrate a faithful sister whose life touched so many.
