“And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden…” — Isaiah 58:11

Welcome to the glorious month of June!

On behalf of our Presiding Pastors, Pastor Wisdom and Prophetess Abi, we warmly welcome every member, partner, friend, and well-wisher of God Mission Church into this new month with great joy and expectation.

We declare that June shall be a month of divine guidance, supernatural favor, uncommon breakthroughs, and overflowing testimonies for you and your family. Every obstacle standing in your way shall give way to God’s power. Every long-awaited prayer shall receive divine attention. Every closed door that aligns with God’s purpose for your life shall open by His grace.

This month, you shall not walk in confusion; God will order your steps. You shall not labor in vain; your efforts shall produce visible results. You shall not be delayed; divine speed shall locate you. You shall not be discouraged; fresh strength shall be released upon you.

May the Lord surround you with His mercy, preserve you from evil, establish the work of your hands, and cause you to flourish in every area of your life.

Faith Overcomes Fear

Fear is one of the greatest enemies of faith. Wherever fear dominates, faith struggles to function effectively. Fear focuses on what could go wrong; faith focuses on what God can do.

Every believer will face situations that attempt to produce fear. Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of lack, fear of sickness, fear of the future, and even fear of stepping into God’s purpose.

However, God’s desire is not for His children to be ruled by fear.

The Bible says:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

Notice that love is included in the antidote to fear. When believers understand God’s love, fear begins to lose its grip. Love reminds us that God is with us, for us, and working on our behalf.

Faith does not mean the absence of fearful thoughts. It means choosing to trust God despite them.

David declared:

“Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.” — Psalm 56:3

Fear says, “What if it doesn’t work?” Faith says, “What if God exceeds my expectations?”

Reflection Questions:

• What fear am I currently allowing to influence my decisions?
• Have I been trusting my fears more than God’s promises?

Lessons to Learn:

• Fear and faith compete for attention.
• God’s love gives believers confidence.
• Faith grows when God’s Word becomes greater than fear.

Prayer Points:

• Father, deliver me from every spirit of fear.
• Help me trust You completely.
• Let faith rise above every anxious thought.

Loving God Above Everything Else

The greatest commandment is not about ministry, success, money, influence, or achievement. It is about loving God.

Jesus said:

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” — Matthew 22:37

God does not merely desire our service. He desires our affection.

Many believers love God’s blessings but struggle to love God Himself. Genuine faith seeks God not only for what He can provide but because of who He is.

When love for God becomes the highest priority, obedience becomes easier. Worship becomes genuine. Sacrifice becomes meaningful.

Loving God above all else keeps the believer grounded when blessings come and when challenges arise.

A heart that truly loves God remains faithful in every season.

Reflection Questions:

• Is my relationship with God based on love or convenience?
• Do I seek God’s presence as much as I seek His blessings?

Lessons to Learn:

• God desires relationship before performance.
• Love for God is the foundation of spiritual life.
• Loving God transforms priorities.

Prayer Points:

• Lord, increase my love for You.
• Help me seek You above every earthly pursuit.
• Let my heart remain devoted to You in every season.

Trusting God’s Promises When Circumstances Disagree

Every believer will encounter seasons where circumstances seem to contradict God’s promises.

You may pray for healing while experiencing pain. You may believe for provision while facing financial pressure. You may trust God for restoration while relationships seem broken.

The question becomes: Which voice will you believe?

Scripture declares:

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen.” — 2 Corinthians 1:20

Faith does not deny circumstances. It simply refuses to give circumstances the final word.

Many heroes of faith experienced periods where reality seemed inconsistent with God’s promise. Yet they held on because they trusted God’s integrity more than their circumstances.

God’s promises are not dependent on present conditions. They are anchored in His faithfulness.

Reflection Questions:

• What promise of God am I struggling to believe right now?
• Am I focusing more on circumstances than on God’s Word?

Lessons to Learn:

• God’s Word remains true despite temporary conditions.
• Faith trusts God’s character above circumstances.
• Promises require persistence.

Prayer Points:

• Father, strengthen my confidence in Your promises.
• Help me stand on Your Word regardless of circumstances.
• Let unbelief lose its influence over my heart.
