A truly beautiful and grace-filled pilgrimage as part of Jesus Youth UK’s 25th Jubilee celebration. Walking together in faith, prayer, and unity made this experience deeply special one that will remain in our hearts for a long time.

The San Damiano Cross is a sacred icon of Jesus Christ, depicting Him not in suffering, but in glory alive, radiant, and victorious over death. It holds deep spiritual significance as the cross before which Saint Francis of Assisi received his calling to “rebuild the Church.” More than just a piece of art, it is a powerful symbol of renewal, faith, and the living presence of Christ that continues to inspire believers around the world.

Today we don’t just remember a moment in history…
We remember a love that chose suffering.

Every wound tells a story.
The crown of thorns — for our pride.
The nails in His hands — for our sins.
The lashes on His back — for our healing.
The cross He carried — for our burdens.

He was broken… so we could be made whole.
He was rejected… so we could be accepted.
He was wounded… so we could be healed.

Good Friday is not just about pain,
It is about a love so deep that it chose the Cross for us.

“By His wounds, we are healed.”

Let us pause today…
Reflect, repent, and remember
We are loved beyond measure. ❤️

When Jesus fell under the weight of the cross, Mother Mary didn’t just see a Saviour suffering… she saw her child.

The same Son who once stumbled as a little boy…The same child she would run to, lift, and comfort.

But this time, she couldn’t reach Him.

That is the deepest pain of love to see your child fall and not be able to take the pain away.

Lent reminds us:The cross is not just about sacrifice…It is about love that stays, even when it breaks your heart.

A mother who could not stop the suffering…Yet never left His side.

That is love. That is faith. That is the cross. ❤️

Last night was a truly grace-filled encounter with Jesus.”
Nearly 30-34 of us came together as one family, spending close to two hours in Adoration, praising Him, thanking Him, and surrendering our hearts before His presence. Each person brought their intentions, their struggles, and their gratitude, placing everything at His feet. It was a deeply moving and heart-touching night where every soul felt His peace and love. Truly a moment we will cherish forever. 🙏🕊️ ❤️
