They will design, deliver and evaluate a national leadership training programme that strengthens the pipeline across Venture and Falcon Holidays in a way that is Christ-centred, Bible-based and evangelistically focused.

This new role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of Christian leaders. We are looking for someone with a passion to see younger evangelical leaders thrive in their calling and be equipped to lead with faith, resilience and impact in a rapidly changing context.

They did it!! 🏆🏃‍♂️👏

Yesterday, two incredible runners completed the London Marathon raising money for CPAS. They also both surpassed their fundraising targets!

Andy, CPAS Patronage Development Officer, and Jo, a past Venture volunteer leader, were both particularly inspired to support Venture and Falcon holidays. The money they've raised will help provide life-changing holidays for young people, particularly helping children who may not be able to afford them without a bursary.

We couldn't be prouder of them both - what an amazing achievement 🙌
