“When I come to the activities, I feel that God has not abandoned us,” Fatima said. “People treat us with respect; and for me, that is love.”

Forced to flee violence, Musa and Fatima arrived in Niger with little more than the clothes they were wearing. Yet in the midst of loss and uncertainty, they found practical support, compassionate care, and the hope of the Gospel through Samaritan’s Purse.

Today, displaced families are receiving food, clean water, trauma-healing support, and opportunities to rebuild their lives. Through local church partners, many are discovering that God has not forgotten them.

Please pray for our staff and church partners serving vulnerable families in Niger. Pray that many more people will experience God’s love and find lasting hope in Jesus. 💙

For 66-year-old Kateryna*, life changed dramatically when full-scale conflict erupted in Ukraine. Alongside the realities of war, she faced declining health, hospitalisation, and surgery.

During this difficult season, she was invited to a local church, where she placed her faith in Jesus Christ and was later baptised. Today, Samaritan’s Purse is helping provide clean water to Kateryna’s community through the local church.

“This is such a great help for us,” Kateryna said. “Their help not only saves lives but also gives us hope.”

💧 Since 2022, Samaritan’s Purse has provided more than 34 million gallons of clean water to people in Ukraine.

🙏 Please pray that those receiving clean water would also come to know Jesus Christ, the Source of Living Water.

As a child, Minh (pictured) knew the pain of being left out because he was blind. But through a Samaritan’s Purse scholarship, he found new opportunities to learn, build friendships, and discover a passion for music. 🥁

“I’ve received so much help from Samaritan’s Purse,” Minh shared. “Now I want to support others in need.”

That desire to support others is shaping Minh’s future. Today, at 23 years old, he is studying social work, determined to offer life-changing support to others in need.

🙏 Please pray for our staff as they show God’s love to visually impaired students through our education programme. Pray also that the students will see their intrinsic value as men and women created in His image.

Today is a big day for Taequan, a little boy from Jamaica who is receiving life-saving heart surgery through our Children's Heart Project.

Would you take a moment to pray for him?

Ask God to give wisdom and steady hands to the surgeons and medical team caring for Taequan, to protect him throughout the procedure, and to give him strength for the recovery ahead. Please also pray for his family, that they would feel the Lord's presence and be filled with His peace in every anxious moment.

For children like Taequan, access to specialist heart surgery can be difficult or even impossible in their home countries. Through Children's Heart Project, children receive the critical care they need while being surrounded by people who want them to know they are deeply loved by God.
