Big thanks to everyone who supported the Easter trail and parachute drop in the churchyard. Fillongley knit and natter have now gathered in all the Easter bunnies, chicks & crosses. We’ve counted the bunnies for the final quiz question. There were 122 bunnies (answers ranged from 20 to 200!) The winner was Sam- well done 👏

We’re hoping to start getting the bells ringing again and we’re hoping this will become a more regular activity later in April.
If you hear the bells on Monday, it’s simply part of that process — and a lovely reminder of a tradition that has been part of village life for generations.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy hearing the bells ring out again!

Today, at 2pm, will be the funeral of Tony Coleman, a much-loved member of Fillongley Church.
As a valued bell ringer of many years, we thought it appropriate to ring the bells for him. This will happen before and after the service.
