Many thanks to all that attended the Thermomix cooking workshop today.
Special thanks to Cristiana for coming out and sharing her knowledge on what we eat and how it can improve our health by choosing home cooked food rather than ultra processed food.
We were able to sample the tasty recipes too!
Having seen and experience the practical side, step by step for each recipe made the experience more enjoyable.
Cristiana kindly included some great prizes for the raffle too.
We will be holding another session for children and parents soon.
