Join our online Bible Study! We read poetry ❤️

“The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet; they break forth into singing.” — Isaiah 14:7

LCiGB will be holding a Lenten Bible study based on Wendell Berry & the Sabbath: Poetry of Lent.

During the season of Lent, we enter a time of prayerful slowing and holy return. As we prepare our hearts through repentance, fasting, and reflection. Together, we will explore the gift of Sabbath—learning to rest in God’s grace. Guided by scripture and the poetry of Wendell Berry, we listen for the quiet song of creation and the Spirit’s call to renewal.

The study meets Thursdays at 7:00 pm, starting 26th February, on Zoom.
