Ask In Faith, Doubting Nothing

James 1:5-8
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”

James describes a man who prays but receives nothing, not because God is unwilling, but because his mind is divided. God’s promises are sure, but a double-minded man builds on shifting sand. “Faith opens your heavens; and doubt closes them.” The double-minded believer is “like a spiritual radio that keeps changing its frequencies, unable to stay tuned to Heaven’s station.”

Here, Apostle James unveils a heavenly transaction:
Asking-is the act of petition. Your faith is the currency of exchange, and
receiving is the manifestation of your divine response.

But the transaction is interrupted when your “heart”and “mind”move in opposite directions, one believes, the other questions the truth.

The root word for “double- minded” is “two-souled.”
It depicts a person torn between two convictions, believing God’s promise one moment, and entertaining fear.
The first soul says, “God can.” Then the second soul whispers, “But will He?”
When the two collide, prayer loses its power and potency.

The double-minded man walks by sight, but prays by faith.
He says, “I believe,” but still waits for visible proof before rejoicing.
Yet, faith celebrates before manifestation (Romans 4:20–21).
Spiritual secret of faith is not waiting to see, but seeing what you’re waiting for.
“God’s throne operates by faith frequency” (Hebrews 11:6). Faith is the spiritual voltage that powers divine response, and doubt short-circuits the current.
When you doubt, you are saying,“God, I am not sure You are who You said You are.” That’s not humility; it’s unbelief.
Peter walked on water until he became double-minded, and his focus shifted from Christ’s word to the surrounding storm. (Matthew 14:29–31). The moment his attention was divided, he began to sink. If you constantly switch your gaze between the problem and the promise, the problem will always appear larger.

The Mirror Principle Of The Word

James 1:23-25
“For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. “But he who looks”into the “perfect law of liberty “ and continues in it, and is not a forgetful
hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.”

Our natural mirrors will always reflect the image of the object that’s before them. In like manner, when you take a look “into the mirror of God which is His Word,” you will undoubtedly see yourself.
If the natural mirror has a dent, you’re likely to see a distorted image of yourself.
But the assurance of God’s mirror will always capture your perfect, exact and precise image as God sees you.

John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.”
The image you’re struggling with in the mirror is not the true reflection of you, because the real reflection of you is a spirit and cannot be seen in a physical mirror. Only God’s Word can reveals your perfection, beauty, excellence, glory and your abilities in Christ. God is a Spirit and you must worship Him with your Spirit.
The reason many are not growing in their faith journey is, they live with their feelings. They’re emotionally unstable, and Often controlled by their mood, swings, what they see, hear, etc. And not not by the word of God.
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the desires of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16)

Start gazing into the spiritual mirror, which is God’s Word., and all the inferiority and unlawful superiority complexes will leave you for good.
It’s in God’s mirror that your exact spiritual reflection is revealed. “People who feel condemned will always condemn others.”
I see you walking in the liberty of your true identity in Christ. Don’t get yourself entangled with any yoke of slavery. Amen!

You Can Trust His Word, It Works

Matthew 24:35
Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

When you look at how solid the Heavens and the earth are, you may find it impossible to believe it will pass away. But that’s the truth, it will pass away. One thing is certain, His Word will stand forever.
That makes your situation very little. It will pass away like it has never been. Your situation may be a fact, but that’s not the truth. Because truth supersedes and overrules every fact. It can be a fact that you have infirmity in your body, you are stranded and confused right now, it can also be a fact that things are not working as it should, As real as that may seems, it’s not the truth. The truth is God is for you and every lies will crumble before the Truth, (thus Jesus) the Way, the Truth and the Life. They have no legs to stand on, they’re optical illusion.
The bible says “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Your challenges will not swallow you like Jonah. Truth will always prevail against facts. The doctor’s report is a fact,the truth is Christ nailed your sickness on the cross.

John 10:14-15
“I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.”

Gods Word is full of certainty and assurances. He can’t lie.
Now, “your work is to rest in His unfailing love.” He has everything about your life fully covered in Christ. Amen

If You’re Willing And Obedient”

Isaiah 1:19-20
“Come now, and let us reason together,”
Says the LORD,
“Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be as wool.
“If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land;”

“Obedience” to God’s voice has a way of opening you up to God presence and His abundance. Your obedience is more than just action ,It’s your agreement with Heaven

"If you are willing and obedient…”

Willingness is not what you say, but what you do. God is not just after your outward conformity; but your inward agreement.
Because your true obedience will flows from your relationship, not just from duty. And “willingness” speaks of a surrendered heart to God’s will, like Jesus in Gethsemane “Not My will but Yours be done.”
The question is, Are you doing what God said because you love Him, or because you fear the consequences?”
Ask God for a willing spirit, it will sustained your choices this year. Obedience will grant you access to divine provision and unceasing joy. May the spirit of guilt and condemnation will be far from you.

You shall eat the good of the land….”

“The good of the land” represents abundance, peace, joy, fruitfulness, love etc, These are not just physical, but spiritual blessings as well.
God’s provision is often tied to the posture of your heart (Deuteronomy 28:1–2).
“Obedience has a way of unlocking what is already yours by covenant right.” So stop chasing miracles while neglecting basic instruction from your Father. Your disobedience to God’s Word is not neutral ground, it’s a warfare against your Spirit man. The bible says rebellion is the sin of witchcraft (1 Samuel 15:23).
Witchcraft disqualifies, delays, destroys and kills destinies. Ask the “Lord, where have I said no to You with my lifestyle, even if not with my lips?” Amen.

Prayer
Blessed Lord, I receive grace to be willing and obedient. I will eat the good of the land!” Every area of rebellion in my life is surrendered to the Lordship of Christ. Amen.

Stir Up The Gift Of God in You

2 Timothy 1:6-7
“Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear,” but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Apostle Paul wrote to Timothy, a young pastor who is facing pressure, persecution, and internal insecurities to stay strong. This verse is not just encouragement, it’s a reminder of your divine identity in Christ that fear is not from God, if it didn’t come from Him, then, you don’t have to accept it.

If God didn’t give us fear, we don’t need to keep it. Fear is not from God, it’s an enemy. “It’s a spirit,” it can abort your destiny. It is increasingly develops an attitude of self doubt, self destruction, threat of danger, a mindset that interferes and paralyses your progress. God distinguished fear from His gifts, implying that fear is an alien and intruder.
Identify the areas where fear is dominating your life, such as your decisions, calling, career, finances, relationships, etc.

God gave you power, which means you have supernatural strength, ability, and might.
The Power to say “yes” to God and “no” to fear. The power to endure trials, overcome temptation, and stand firm in truth.

This is something the Spirit wants you to grasp that
God has not given you fear, but of Love. Gods Love is your antidote to all internal fears perfect “Perfect love casts out fear” (1 John 4:18).
When you “know” how much God loves you dearly, fear loses its grip. And the love of God keeps your heart and mind grounded, even in shakeable and chaotic moments.

God has given you a sound mind; which means “disciplined, self-controlled, balanced thinking.”
“Fear creates panic and irrational thinking. But, God gives clarity and mental peace.” You don’t have to live confused and overwhelmed. You have the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16).
Amen.!

Prayer.
Father, thank You for not giving me the spirit of fear. I reject every lie that says I’m not enough in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Don’t Be Afraid, You’re Born To Overcome Challenges.

1 John 5:4-5
“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?”

Our anchor scripture makes it clear that, ynou were not born merely to survive. You were born again to overcome.
Before God ever commands you to fight, He first changes your nature.
“As a child of God, Victory is not something you chase, it is something you inherit through the Lord Jesus Christ.”

The world teaches victory by strength. On the contrary, the Kingdom teaches victory by birth.
You don’t win because you are strong, you win because you have been born of God.

The root word for “born”implies new species. This means transfer of nature, change of your origin, and new genetic line.
This means you were not patched up, You were regenerated by the Holy Spirit.

John 1:12-13
“Born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

The truth is, When God births you, He births His nature in you.
Hence, you do not fight the world from outside of God, but from inside of God.

“For whatever is born of God “overcomes” the world.” 1 John 5:4

This is not future tense.
It does not say will overcome. But it says overcomes. Overcome is to conquer, subdue, and prevail. Your victory is not an event. “Your victory is your spiritual posture in Christ. You don’t overcome after the battle, you overcome because of your identity before the battle.”

The term “World” here means “Kosmos”
Not the earth but the fallen systems, the satanic order,
anti-God structures, and mental strongholds.

The bible says;
Romans 12:2
“Do not be conformed to this world (kosmos).”
Now it’s important to understand that the world does not defeat you by force, It can only defeats you by your conformity. Amen.

The Cross And The Resurrection -Part 2

John 3:14-15
“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

The necessity of the Cross can not be overstated
The question is could Jesus have died another way? Yes. But only the cross fulfilled the assignment.

Galatians 3:13
“Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree...”

Biblical Insight of “Curse”
Means; To be bound under judgment. to be devoted to destruction, and to be cut off from blessing.
The truth is, Jesus didn’t just die, He also became the embodiment of the curse. And sin must be destroyed
( 2 Corinthians 5:21 )

It is important to note that, If Christ had died any other way; The curse would have remain legal. and
Redemption would remain incomplete.
The spiritual mystery is,
“The cross was not just a symbol for ex*****on, It was a “legal substitution”
Where Christ took what we deserved, So we could receive what He deserved.

1 Corinthians 1:18
“For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.”
To the Greeks, It was foolishness. And to the Jews, It was offensive
because a crucified man is cursed.
Foolishness” is where we get the word “moron.”
What the world calls stupidity, God calls strategy. Among many other things, the Messiah must fulfil Psalms 22.

Jesus must fulfil the prophecy of separation from His Father on the cross. So we could experience connection.
In addition, He must fulfil pierced hands and feet, mockery and
casting of lots of His garment.
This was written hundreds of years before crucifixion existed

The cross represents
sacrifice; Where Jesus gave His glory.
Shame; He bore our disgrace.
Suffering; He carried our pain. And Salvation; He purchased our freedom.
“The cross is not just an event, It is a transaction centre of eternity.” Where Jesus;
Romans 4:25
“..was “delivered up”because of our offenses, and was “raised” because of our justification.
Romans 4:25. Amen!
