Today we said farewell to Rev. Cheryl Bruce. We are profoundly grateful for the blessing of her ministry and thank her for her dedicated service.❤️ Her impact in every part of the church community was widely felt, from her natural connections with the children to her outreach ministry which took many forms. Cheryl brought a very strong work ethic and energetic personality to Cookstown Methodist Church. She often went over and beyond what would be expected. We continue to pray for her as she moves on. 🙏

Today we celebrated with the family of God as we shared in a baptism and welcomed 4 new people into full membership.
As we seek to live wholeheartedly as followers of Jesus, and respond to His call, we remember it is 'With God's help' that we press onwards.

It was indeed a joy. Come along next week and take care of body, mind and soul. Walking 7:30, supper 8:15, life story 8:30.
At least that is the plan...
