Knockbracken GO Team Thursday - Friday 🌟 We continued to have great numbers at our Holiday Bible Club, and some parents stayed afterwards on Thursday to hear about what has been going on during the week of holiday bible club. We had our family fun day on Friday, which allowed us to talk to parents and the kids in the community and to enjoy time together. The senior’s tea party was a success and some of the team members performed, and Eileen (Knockbracken RP member) gave an interview on her life over the past 5 years- a great witness to those who were there.
Please pray for:
- That people who received leaflets will come to the guest service this Sabbath Day, where Peter will speak on the topic “Why does God allow suffering?”
- That seeds have been planted in the lives of those who have come to any of the church events throughout the week.
- The Knockbracken congregation will continue to be blessed as they seek to reach those who don’t know the Lord.

Knockbracken GO Team Monday - Wednesday 🌟 Our holiday bible club has been very successful so far with very encouraging numbers. We’ve also had great attendance at our senior youth club in the evenings. Each afternoon we’ve been distributing leaflets to the surrounding area with around 8000 leaflets have been distributed. Give thanks for an amazing turnout at our Quiz Night with 100 people who came.
Please pray for:
- A good turnout at the seniors tea party tomorrow
- That people who received leaflets will come to the guest service this Sabbath Day, where Peter will speak on the topic “Why does God allow suffering?”
- That numbers at the holiday bible club will remain high and parents will come to the family fun day.
- Outreach at Shaw’s Bridge and that good conversations will be had.

Cookstown Go Team – Day 4

We had a lovely day worshipping God together, followed by a fellowship lunch a time of reflection and prayer.

We’re so thankful for these young people who have come to serve alongside us this week. It has been a real encouragement to have them with us, and we’re grateful for all they have done!

Please continue to pray for them and for the work being done here in Cookstown. 🙏

Cookstown Go Team – Days 2 & 3
The Go Team has had two full and encouraging days of outreach in Cookstown and Dungannon. Over the two days, the team distributed thousands of leaflets, spent time in the town centre, went door-to-door, and had many opportunities to share the Gospel and give out Gospels.

On Day 2, the team held a public meeting on Depression, with the room filled to capacity. We give thanks for the excellent attendance, for Robert’s willingness to speak openly and honestly, and for the many conversations and opportunities to speak of Christ.

On Day 3, the team travelled to Dungannon for further leaflet distribution and street preaching, while another team served tea and coffee and shared Gospel literature in Cookstown town centre. The day finished with fellowship, family worship, a fire pit and kubb.
We are so thankful to God for all that He has done through these two days. Please pray that the seeds sown would bear fruit, that God would use His Word to draw people to Himself, and that He would, in His mercy, save souls.

Galway Go Team - Friday and Saturday

Friday morning was spent doing more distribution and Stay & Play, with the afternoon being taken over by book organisation and tidy up! The Summer Céilí was small in attendance but great fun, and we were encouraged by those who did come. We finished off the week with brunch and team debrief on Saturday morning, all eager to hear news of how God will work in Galway.

Give thanks for
- lovely weather for distribution and outreach
- the way the different skills and abilities of the team have been utilised throughout the week
- team unity, health and safety

Pray for
- courage and curiosity in those who received Bible study invitations
- those who had good conversations with the team
- those who came to the Céilí, that they would be challenged to think more about faith
- for Covenant Christian Fellowship in Galway as they continue to reach out and serve the community

Galway Go Team - Day 5

We started off the day with some distribution and Stay & Play, which had 22 under 4s in attendance! Then it was time for a well deserved rest afternoon which consisted of volleyball on the beach in Spiddal ☀️ We closed out the day with pizza and an impromptu q&a at the Peel’s.

Give thanks for
- the lovely weather for distribution
- the new connections made through Stay & Play
- the rest the team was able to get
- the discussions we were able to have as a team

Pray for
- the Céilí on Friday night, and for the short talk that will be given
- those who have received invitations to church
- continued connection with the families from Stay & Play
- the final day of outreach
- the team, that we would be strengthened by the conversations we have had together

Galway Go Team - Wednesday

A busy day for the team and lots of good interactions! More distribution of Bible study invites & Céilí invites, street outreach in the afternoon and evening, and the final day of the booksale.

Give thanks for
- dry weather for distribution
- safety in set up and take down of the booksale
- businesses being receptive to Céilí posters
- good conversations with local people

Pray for
- the first day of Stay & Play on Thursday
- those who took literature
- the homeless people we spoke to in the evening
- the people who took church invites but were too shy to stop for a conversation
