🎃 Get your spooky veg fix with these tips for making the most of your pumpkin 🎃:

Roast for flavour 😋 – deseed, chop into chunks or wedges then roast in low-calorie cooking spray at 200C for up to an hour, until soft with golden, crisp edges.

Save time ⏰ – the skin turns sweet and chewy when roasted, so when you’re prepping skip a step and enjoy peel on.

Plan ahead ✅ – cook a big batch and freeze the chunks in 500g portions. Reheat in the oven or simmer in a stew. Dinner, done!
