Steven's last Sunday as a commissioned Worship Leader. If every runs to plan - he'll be back in two years as a Licensed Lay Minister.

"Thank you to everyone who came this morning to both the morning Eucharist and the Songs of Praise. It was so wonderful to see so many of you come out to celebrate the start of me starting the St Padarn's Formation for Licensed Ministry programme, but also to "send me off on my placement" for the next two years. I go with the love and blessing of everyone from St David's and St Mark's. I only just got through the service without breaking down. I was really choked up." We'll publish the link to the video of the service shortly for anyone who couldn't come along.

Steven has started St Padarn's Summer School as part of his LLM training.

On Sunday there will be a celebratory Songs of Praise at St David's at 3pm. All welcome!

Our next Cake & Coffee Morning is nearly here, and we’d love to se you there!

We’ll have a table full of homemade cakes, the kind that make a mid‑morning pause feel extra special.

But cake isn’t compulsory.

If you’re more in the mood for a cuppa and a chat, you’re just as welcome. There’ll be plenty of coffee on the go, and the kettle will be earning its keep for the tea‑drinkers among us.

Whether you fancy a slice, a sip, or simply a relaxed hour with friendly faces, we’d be delighted to see you.

Thanks to everyone who came to Fish & Chips Night — you cleaned us out faster than a seagull at the seaside. We think it was a hit. Hopefully you do too. And somehow, between all the munching, we raised £83. Not bad for a night of deep-fried joy.
