Could God be calling you? Called to serve is open for bookings where you can find out more.

📣 Foundations for Ministry Launched with Bishop Mark

Bishop Mark met with those with a sense of calling from across the Diocese, to support them in taking their next steps in exploring and developing their vocation and discipleship.

There was a real sense of energy and encouragement at Church House when those beginning training for Ordained and Reader ministry joined this term’s Foundations for Ministry cohort for an afternoon of worship, conversation and learning.

Bishop Mark spoke about the culture, vision and strategy of the Diocese of Chester, and the part we all play, with the whole people of God, in God’s ministry and mission.

Could God be calling you to something new? Our next Called to Serve is open to anyone who wants to explore the many different ways of serving God, from ordained and licensed lay ministry to youth and children’s work, and other forms of service. Find out more and book your free place on the Called to Serve booking page.
