Remember - Jesus is speaking about attitude here. If someone knows that we have given X to Y that does not invalidate our generosity. If we want to gift aid then a treasurer is going to have to know where the gift came from... But what is in our heart? Do we want people to be impressed or do we give because it is the right thing to do?
