It’s an exciting weekend for the Savernake Team!

Our curate, Rev Brenda, will be ordained priest at Salisbury Cathedral on Saturday at 4.30pm!

She will be presiding at her first Holy Communion on Sunday 11am at St Mary’s Church, Great Bedwyn!

You’re welcome to join us at either or both of these wonderful services!!!

Phew! Warm, isn’t it?

If you’re struggling with the heat and would like somewhere cool to sit for a while, why not pop in to the church?

Bring a book, a game, a drink or even a packed lunch, and you and your children can play in the cool! Our children’s area has toys and books to read, too!

We’re open until around 6ish!

St Andrew’s looked splendid for the wedding on Saturday! The flowers were arranged by the bride herself with blooms from her own garden! Using milk churns was inspired!
It was an intimate ceremony with just 14 guests and took place in the chancel with the guests sitting in the choir pews!
Many congratulations the happy couple!

Tomorrow is Resurrection Day! Easter Day! The most important day in the Christian calendar!
We will be celebrating with a service of Holy Communion which we will share at St Mary’s Church at 11am!
Followed by refreshments and an Easter Egg hunt!
