Just a reminder that the deadline for the online safeguarding survey is Monday 21st September. If you are a member of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, we invite you to complete the survey. It is important that as many as possible take part to get a more representative view.

As you are aware, in March of this year the INEQE Safeguarding Group was commissioned to conduct an independent review of our governance and safeguarding arrangements. Listening to and learning from individuals involved in the life, work and ministry of our church is an important element of the review - part of this exercise is being undertaken through a number of online surveys, which you can view on INEQE’s website.

To ensure that the surveys provide a broad representation of PCI, it is important that we strongly encourage the widest possible participation from people across our presbyteries and congregations - whether they have had safeguarding or governance concerns or not. The surveys are live now and will close on 21 September 2026.

Alongside small grant scheme for children’s, youth and family ministry

The Presbyterian Children’s Society offer small grants to support congregations as they come alongside children, young people and families to show the love of Christ in a caring and practical way.
