Artillery Street Evangelical Church This is the little chapel where C.H. Spurgeon was converted on 6th Jan.1850.

By God’s grace, we are still functioning today, not as a shrine to Spurgeon, but as a Bible believing church, preaching the same gospel Spurgeon preached all those years ago.

What a blessed day we had today. Inducted two new Elders, welcomed two new members and Baptized a recent convert. Would have been two baptisms, but the second candidate will be baptized in India on a trip back to visit family.
