We are looking forward to the All Saints Summer Fete in August. Follow their page for more information 😊

Historically All Saints Church, Brightlingsea, held a Summer Fete, sadly it stopped a number of years ago, probably due to lack of volunteers to make it, but this year we are bringing it back, and this page will keep you up to date with what to expect.

Our charges are £7 per adult and £4.50 for children (only those over 8 yrs allowed).
Of course, the visit to the Tower is taken at your own risk.
We do have Health & Safety regulations to observe, the most important being:
There are 126 steps to climb to the top of the tower.

The tower is approximately 30m tall.

The stair narrows significantly at the upper level of the tower, with 46 steps of very narrow climbing.

The top 46 steps (approximately 520mm wide) are almost half the width of the first tower step (900mm wide).

Climbing the tower comes with risk, and descending the tower is much more difficult than ascending it.

Thought must be given to abilities of ascent and descent.
