Brigham Methodist Church

Brigham Methodist Church We are a small, friendly village church located in the centre of the village of Brigham. Renovation of the Church started on 11th June 2012.

A new central heating system, disabled toilet, re-rendering of the front wall, repairs to the roof, pews removed and chairs installed and other minor works. £95,500 has been raised for the project through grants ,donations and local fund raising. We will be updating the building progress on this page over the next few weeks. Many thanks to everyone who's helped.

Dear friends, we are getting close now and wondered if any of our friends would like to feel part of this adventure. We would value prayer...for the project, but more importantly that we continue to find ways to meet the needs of our community, share with them, and create opportunites for conversations.
We would also value any support friends feel able to make financially to this project....we are so close, but still need to raise another £2000. Every little helps.

Join us in prayer a Pride Month, shared by Pam Gold, Coordinator of the Solidarity Circle for LGBT+

Loving God we thank you for the richness of Diversity which you have created.
As we go through the month of June, when the LGBTQ+ community celebrate Pride, we ask of you:
Teach us the real meaning of 'All are welcome' where all are fully and richly included in every aspect of our Christian Lives.
Reach out to those who do not know you yet but are seeking.
Work on the hearts of those who cannot accept us, that they may have a change of heart and mandate a willingness to be inclusive.
We thank you God for the love you give and we trust that even now hearts are being touched by the power of your Holy Spirit.
Amen.
