Harvest Festival: Supporting Stroud Foodbank

As we come together for our Harvest Festival on 4th October, we’ll be collecting donations in aid of Stroud Foodbank to support local people and families in our community.

The Foodbank has highlighted the following items as high priority at the moment:

🥫 Tinned ham & corned beef
🥧 Fray Bentos pies
☕ Coffee
🧴 Shampoo & conditioner
✨ Deodorant
🚿 Shower gel
🪥 Toothpaste & toothbrushes
🧺 Laundry liquid

Donations can be brought along to any of our Harvest Festival services:

⛪ St Bartholomew’s, Coaley — 9:30am
⛪ St John’s, Slimbridge — 10am
⛪ St Bart’s, Lower Cam — 11am

Every donation, big or small, can make a difference. Thank you for helping us celebrate Harvest by sharing with those in our wider community.

After a fantastic day yesterday, of travelling between the churches, there’s still time to show your support and add to our fundraising total!

Every donation makes a difference, with 50% of everything we raise coming back to our churches and 50% going to Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust (GHCT), helping to support and preserve historic church buildings across Gloucestershire.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already sponsored us, taken part or supported the event, we’re so grateful!

If you haven’t sponsored us yet, there’s still time 👇
