Tackling Social isolation, poor mental health, drug & alcohol addiction and more.

Everyone from the community is welcome.

Every Wednesday at 11am, a few of us (Jane, Carol, Dawn, Laura – hi! 👋) meet at Hope Community Church on Shelly Drive. No pressure, no fancy gear – just a relaxing walk, good company, and a cuppa and a chat afterwards.

Whether you want to get a bit more active, need some support, or just fancy getting out of the house and meeting new faces, you’d be so welcome.

We're continuing our journey through the 3 R's for Recovery:
🔍 Reveal – Identify the root causes of addiction
🕊️ Release – Practical ways to be released from life-controlling issues
🌱 Recover – How to recover into the person you were supposed to be
