Every Wednesday at 11am, a few of us (Jane, Carol, Dawn, Laura – hi! 👋) meet at Hope Community Church on Shelly Drive. No pressure, no fancy gear – just a relaxing walk, good company, and a cuppa and a chat afterwards.

Whether you want to get a bit more active, need some support, or just fancy getting out of the house and meeting new faces, you’d be so welcome.

✨ Hope for Recovery – Continuing the Journey ✨

We have spent time Revealing our roots, Releasing our burdens, and Recovering our identity. Now, we move forward into a vital new phase: Restoring Broken Relationships. 🙏

Starting tomorrow, Monday 7th September, our sessions will focus on healing the connections that have been damaged by life-controlling issues. We will explore the three key relationships that impact our recovery:

Our relationship with ourselves (self-worth and identity)

Our relationship with others (family, friends, and community)

Our relationship with God (faith and purpose)

This is the next step in becoming the person you were meant to be.
