The good friend walked in and I was startled with surprise. The good fortune of seeing not just him arriving through the door, suitcase in hand, but being in the company of these beautiful men of wisdom. Comforted, I lay on the futon and dwell on chapter 5 of the Dhammapada, The Fool. These really are the good days.
