e, we aim to be an engaged and dynamic community who encounter Jesus, who are transformed by His presence and who together engage with questions so as to work out what it means to love God and others in practice. We believe that God is putting everything back together — renewing, restoring and reconciling all things. Church is not a place for people who have all the answers, but for those who want to ask the questions. We believe that the Church should be a safe and welcoming environment in which we can raise our questions, air our doubts and learn to overcome our fears. What’s on offer at Hope is not a religious way of life, but an introduction to a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. A relationship made possible not through hard work or human effort, but God’s kindness and mercy, as presented through his good news.

We had a very encouraging time together this morning, with brilliant sung worship and an overview of our Pulse Survey results.

We also explored the subject of migration, looking at the current climate in the UK, the legal framework, and some myths versus facts. Ruth then shared a biblical perspective on migration and our calling to be a welcoming church, along with reflections from her own story.

Our hearts are full ❤️🙌🏻

Hey friends - Come and help us learn and grow as a church family!
We wanted to let you know that as part of our special cafe service on Sunday we'll be asking everyone to complete our pulse survey, a short survey about your life at Hope and faith in general. You will be able to do this both online and on paper 🙂 Our service will also feature sung worship, prayers, an update from Andrew on his Bulgaria trip, fun youth activities and mountains of delicious pastries! 🥐🥯 Looking forward to seeing you all at 10.30am x
