⭐HOPE Camp – Claudy and Craigbane⭐
HOPE – which stands for Help Our Parish Evolve, is a week-long Catholic summer camp for young people within the parish who are in year 6 – year 11. The three main aspects of HOPE camp are Faith, Fun, Friendship. HOPE aims to strengthen the faith lives of the youth people, both campers and volunteers who attend the camp. This is done in various ways throughout the week, through faith formation activities, Sport, Art and crafts, Team Building, social time and so much more. HOPE aims to involve the parish community as a whole, because without the help of adult volunteers, local businesses and the prayers of the parishioners, the camp would not be a success. Not only does HOPE camp help deepen the faith lives of those who attend, it also is a time for personal growth, learning new skills and gaining confidence. Among many other things it is a thoroughly enjoyable week filled with fun and laughter where lasting memories are formed.

Congratulations to our wonderful P4 children who made their First Holy Communion this morning. They were magnificent and all looking beautiful. We are so proud of them! Thank you to Fr O’Kane for a lovely ceremony. Thank you to Ms Robinson, Ciara and Theresa for preparing the children so well. Thank you to Miss Deighan, Mr Galligan and Mrs Bradley and to our school choir who sang so beautifully. 🙏🏼 🕊
