Come to St Andrews to celebrate Christmas:
Crib service today, Christmas Eve at 3 pm. Children are welcome to come dressed as an angel, shepherd or king, there's carols and candles.
On Christmas Day there is a 30/35 minute Christmas Morning (non communion) service at 9am.

Print for Auction: A wonderful and generous offer from Josephine Trotter to St Peter's Church, Hook Norton. Monies raised will go to St Peter's but might you like to place a bid? Info as follows...
A SEALED BID AUCTION is ongoing for a framed, signed print of a superb painting by Josephine Trotter depicting the Brewery and the shire horses in the surrounding landscape which Josephine has kindly donated to St Peter's Church. The painting is ~37 cm high by ~57 cm wide, the frame is ~57 cm high by ~75 cm wide.
The initial bid was £400 and other bids may since have been received; updates on bids can be seen in the St Peter's porch and on the Hook Norton Village page. Further bids in increments of £10 can be sent via [email protected] or posted into the Benefice Office letter box at the Norman Matthews Hall addressed to Simon Mead. The picture can still be viewed in St Peter's on Saturdays 30th November, 7th & 14th December from 10am -12 noon; final bids must be in by 6pm on the 14th December with the winning bid being announced in St Peter's following the 10am service on 15th December.

Current highest bid is £450.
