We had a lovely All-age Family Eucharist at 10am, as two brothers, Bracken and John, were welcomed into God’s family through the Sacrament of Baptism.

Bracken also shared his testimony of how prayer and his faith in God have brought good things into his life.

We will keep praying for Bracken and John as they continue their journey of faith.

We had a wonderful Family Open Day as part the Diocese of Blackburn Centenary Mission Weekend! We welcomed over 120 souks through the doors, including so many new families discovering their parish church for the very first time.
It was a fantastic day full of great chats, fun for the kids, plenty of brews, and delicious homemade cakes, sandwiches, and burgers.
A massive thank you to all our wonderful volunteers for setting up, welcoming guests, and making such delicious food. Special thanks also to the headteacher and staff of St Peter’s Church of England Primary School Chorley for joining us.
We can’t wait to see you tomorrow at 10am for our All-Age Family Eucharist with Baptism!

A big thank you to the staff and pupils at St Peter’s Church of England Primary School Chorley.

Kim Kerr and Fr Cornelius loved leading Morning Worship and chatting with the children about Jesus today as part of our Centenary Mission Weekend. The kids shared some amazing stories!

Join us for the rest of the weekend's events:

Hotpot & Beetle Drive: Tonight, 5:30pm in the Church Hall.

Family Open Day: Tomorrow (Sat 12th Sept), 10:30am – 1:30pm.

We've got Puppet show, face painting, Lego church, a visit from Superman, heritage stalls, and a BBQ!

It's free, it's fun, and everyone is welcome.
