Day 5 SHINEfest ✨

Final day of fun 🤩Today saw the return of our annual Vote to soak! 🪣💦

Followed by “The parable of the wedding Banquet” story & Tom invited us all to his banquet of Toast…

Then we finished our time together with a family celebration & an incredible effort from our BBQ team serving food for 150 people!

Thank you to all our amazing teams & to the all the wonderful children this week.

Day 4 at SHINEfest ✨

Another busy day…starting with Joyful trying to juggle flames and Melody using a fire extinguisher to stop before it got out of hand….

We had a visit from Peter who told us all about his story and what happened at Pentecost. 🔥

Then an ice-cream van visited us 🍦

Today’s tongue twister… trickiest of them all… extra points for whoever can say this one 👅

🔥 Fiery flickering flames flew fast and fierce to the flummoxed followers’ foreheads 🔥

Day 3 at SHINEfest ✨

A very hot but wonderful morning with Joyful, Melody and Gang! Joyful is getting better at juggling… 🤹 ☀️ Melody enjoyed dancing to Shine…

Today we spend time thinking about all things Light 💡

Maryanne helped us to think about how We can be a light just like Jesus.

We decorated lanterns, danced to My Lighthouse and share jokes with our resident Lightbulb 💡

Day 2 at SHINEfest ✨

Another great day lots of singing & dancing with Melody & Joyful…

Listened to an amazing story from Sue and “Wondered” about Worship… What is worship? Why do we Worship? Why did Miriam and Moses worship? 🌊

We made Tambourines… and wrote jokes for our favourite Lightbulb 💡

Todays tongue twister 👅

Oh and the Toast trolley has been a hit this week! 🍞

SHINEfest Day 1 ✨

Great first day at SHINEfest kids holiday club

We Met Melody and Joyful, Learnt some new songs, made new friends. Painted with water pistols, met a lightbulb 💡 and had lots of funnnnn!

👅Oh and a tongue twister for you all to learn…
